Èý¡¢ Notice

1¡¢ There is different solubility in different solvent, it is caused by temperature, varnish

properties and solvent purity. So before using you should be do the test and understand the

solubility regarding your technology requires.

2¡¢ After the matter has been dissolved few grain will be gelled. So before moving to next step

the solvent should be filtrated by no. 300-400 filter.

3¡¢ The accounting solvent will be heated to 40~50 degree C before dissolved in container, and

then add the dye step by step, continuous to stir several mins , wait 1~2 hours, stir again, keep

the silent. If there are still dye, please add more solvent again, keep the good one and throw the

bad one away.

4¡¢ The best method should be adapted before using, otherwise more gelling grain will be more, the

ratio of dye will be down, and the colour will be asymmetric. This series dye must be selected

deluxe metal dope.

(2) 25kg/drum or 20kg/drum (liquid), new thicker wall plastic drum.
